DIVERSITY-COLLABORATIVE

We Diversify is a first-of-its kind, Diversity Collaborative that is committed to creating and sustaining a more diverse, inclusive & equitable society, education & workplace community thereby making Sustainable Development Goal 5- Gender Equality and Goal 10- Equal Opportunities a priority.

We Diversify

Inequality is a roadblock to progress. It deprives a section of people from an equal opportunity to perform and grow. To reduce inequality, a sense of inclusion needs to be inculcated and promoted actively. The platform helps appreciate the power and importance of diversity and seeing that as a norm rather than as tokenism. It is about witnessing how inclusion is a fuel for progress in the society. The Collaborative by Omysha Foundation energizes, empowers and engages educational institutes, corporate workplaces, individuals & communities to foster an ethos of Diversity and Inclusion
